KCC pitchers named to NJCAA All-Tournament Team

Sophomore Kellogg Community College baseball pitchers Sean Clancy (pictured above on the left) and Colton Loomis (above right) have been named to the All-Tournament Team following the National Junior College Athletic Association’s 2012 Region XII Baseball District Championship last weekend.

Loomis, of Alma, led the Bruins in strikeouts this year with 82 strikeouts in 59.1 innings, with a 1.972 earned run average. He’s committed to continue playing ball at Purdue University. Clancy, of Sturgis, who pitched 30 strikeouts in 52.2 innings and is committed to Grand Valley State University, had an ERA of just 1.88.
