  • The Alpena News posted an article about Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder’s stops in the area in Northeast Michigan on Monday. According to the article, “Snyder stressed the importance of education and the role community colleges have, explaining how he started his higher education at a Michigan community college — Kellogg Community College.”
  • Coldwater’s Daily Reporter posted an article about last Friday’s Film Night at the Park, which was held to benefit the Jillian Crist Memorial Scholarship Fund, which the article says is expected to offer a number of scholarships to students who are on track to pursue careers in the health care field.
