Kellogg Community College vocal students presented a preview of their upcoming Opera Workshop production — “Opera Meets Broadway, Part 2,” scheduled for Dec. 12 — last week. Here are some reminders of things going on today and tomorrow related to KCC.

Scheduled for today:

  • Kellogg Community College will honor veterans of the U.S. military during a Veterans Day Celebration event beginning at noon in the lobby of the Mawby Center (Miller College) on KCC’s North Avenue campus. The event was originally scheduled to take place in the courtyard between the Roll and Severin buildings but was moved due to inclement weather.   • Kellogg Community College will celebrate Native American Heritage Month with a Native American Storytelling event scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the third-floor lobby of the Lane-Thomas Building on the College’s North Avenue campus.
