Kellogg Community College last week announced that any student who enrolls in at least one Fall 2015 course during the month of July will be automatically entered into a drawing to win a $250 tuition grant.

The winner of the random drawing will be announced this summer, and the grant will be immediately applied to each student’s fall tuition bill.

“We’re doing everything we can to encourage students to plan ahead for their education and their careers,” said Nikki Jewell, director of Financial Aid at KCC. “Even though the summer has just begun, this is the perfect time for students coming to KCC this fall to look through our course schedule, make an appointment with an academic advisor and register for courses.”

Fall classes begin Aug. 27 at KCC’s North Avenue campus in Battle Creek as well as the College’s regional centers in Albion, Hastings and Coldwater and at the Regional Manufacturing Technology Center in the Fort Custer Industrial Park in Battle Creek. Students can register for classes at any location, online at Kellogg.edu or via the college’s Ellucian GO mobile app, which is available for iOS and Android devices.

Students seeking advice on courses and programs can contact Academic Advising at Kellogg.edu/academic-advising or 269-965-4124.

Students with questions about options for paying for college can contact Financial Aid at Kellogg.edu/financial-aid or 269-965-4123.

Students who would like to complete a free application to apply to KCC can contact Admissions at Kellogg.edu/admissions or 269-965-4153.

KCC also announced last week that all students who enrolled during the month of June would be automatically entered into a drawing to win a $500 tuition grant.
