Kellogg Community College’s academic advisors are asking students to help them enhance the student experience at KCC by completing an online Academic Advising Assessment survey, which is available now at www.surveymonkey.com/r/acadadvising.

According to KCC Academic Advising Manager Dr. Donna Malaski, the purpose of the assessment survey is “to determine what students perceive they know, do and value (relevant to college success) as a result of the academic advising they receive at KCC.”

Students who complete the survey by Monday, Feb. 15, will have a chance to win a Kindle Fire HD tablet and one of several gift cards.

For more information about the survey, contact Malaski at malaskid@kellogg.edu.

Academic Advising at KCC

KCC’s academic advisors (pictured above) help students attain their educational goals by providing information, encouragement and the necessary tools to navigate the registration process. Students are expected to play an active role in their educational journey. To assist students through this process, academic advisors rely on an educational plan and/or a transfer guide to empower students to become self-directed learners through their educational journey.
