Kellogg Community College’s Student Life office is hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive on campus this month in Battle Creek.

The event will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Thursday, March 17, in the lobby of the Binda Performing Arts Center, on campus at 450 North Ave. in Battle Creek. The blood drive is one of several hosted on campus each year, and members of the public in addition to KCC students and employees are encouraged to donate.

Those who wish to give blood at KCC on March 17 can walk in during the event or can set up an appointment in advance by stopping in at the Student Life office on campus, by calling the office at 269-565-2634 or by emailing the office at studentlife@kellogg.edu. Individuals may also contact the office to sign up to volunteer to assist at the event.

According to the Red Cross, a single blood donation may help up to three different people. For more information about donating blood or to find out if you’re an eligible blood donor, visit www.redcrossblood.org.
