Are you still searching for the perfect exercise form? Experience the graceful movements of the ancient practice of tai chi in the Kellogg Community College Lifelong Learning Department’s Explore Tai Chi course this spring!

Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation combining exercise, concentration and body awareness. The slow gentle forms will move almost every joint in your body with gentle or no impact. This course is good for anyone looking to keep their joints moving, increase their balance or just learn a new exercise that’s relaxing.

This is a class for beginners and no special equipment or clothing is needed. Students will also be able to practice the techniques learned in class at home with a DVD included in the class fee!
