Spring Break wins lift KCC baseball to nine-game winning streak

The Kellogg Community College baseball team is on a nine-game winning streak after victories over Ivy Tech Community College and Mott Community College during KCC’s Spring Break.

  • Friday, March 30: KCC 10, Ivy Tech 5
  • Monday, April 2, Game 1: KCC 13, Mott 9
  • Monday, April 2, Game 2: KCC 8, Mott 6

The recent wins bring the Bruins’ overall record for the season so far to 18-4; their conference record still stands at a perfect 4-0.

The team plays next at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, against Jackson College in Jackson. The Bruins’ next home game starts at 2 p.m. Friday, April 13, against conference opponent Glen Oaks Community College at Bailey Park in Battle Creek.
