Kellogg Community College will honor U.S. military veterans in a Memorial Day Ceremony from noon to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, May 24.

The Memorial Day Ceremony, which is free and open to the public, will be held at the Circle Drive flagpole area on KCC’s campus at 450 North Ave., Battle Creek, to honor veterans who have given their lives while defending the nation.

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the campus Student Center.

Additionally, all KCC campus locations will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 28. This includes KCC’s North Avenue and Regional Manufacturing Technology Center campuses in Battle Creek, as well as the College’s regional centers in Albion, Coldwater and Hastings.

All campus locations will return to their regular summer schedules on Tuesday, May 29.
