Application deadline for KCC transfer scholarships is March 27

The deadline to apply for Kellogg Community College Foundation transfer scholarships for graduating KCC students transferring to a baccalaureate degree granting institution is 5 p.m. Friday, March 27.

Transfer scholarships available via the KCC Foundation include the:

  • Robert F. Hites Family Scholarship
  • Walter and Lucille Harper Transfer Scholarship
  • Virginia M. Hensley Education or Health Care Two-Year Transfer Scholarship

Specific recipient criteria, application guidelines and award information for each scholarship are available online at www.kellogg.edu/student-scholarships. Physical scholarship booklets including scholarship information and applications for each scholarship are available in the KCC Foundation office in Room 301 on KCC’s North Avenue campus, 450 North Ave.

Applications for Gold Key and Board of Trustees scholarships for graduating high school seniors are also available and are due by 5 p.m. Monday, March 2. General scholarship applications for new and returning students are due by 5 p.m. Monday, March 9.

The KCC Foundation was established in 1998 by the College to seek private funding to assist students with various needs. A nongovernmental, nonprofit 501(c)(3) with its own funds, the KCC Foundation is managed by a volunteer board of directors.
