KCC’s Center for Student Success (formerly known as The Bridge) provides free educational services to all KCC students, including computer stations and software programs devoted to building academic skills.

Students can use the Center for Student Success, located on the second floor of the Ohm Information Technology Center on KCC’s North Avenue campus, to complete homework assignments, research papers and for assistance with class projects. Professional staff can assist students with coursework study strategies, such as reading, writing, math, science and learning strategies.

The Center for Student Success also offers face-to-face and virtual tutoring services in various subjects such as anatomy/physiology, English, math, psychology and sociology. A complete list of tutoring services and hours of availability can be found on the CSS website.

Disability Services is another service provided through the Center for Student Success. Disability Services is dedicated to providing reasonable accommodations to students with documented disabilities. To start the process, students will want to reach out to Cindy Lingbeek (lingbeekc@kellogg.edu). Students who have accommodations with their high school also need to register with Disability Services at KCC.

Finally, the Center for Student Success also offers grants for students in need who qualify through the Perkins Special Populations Grant and TRIO Student Support Services Grant. Information on both grant programs can be found below.
