Here are some things going on today at Kellogg Community College.
- Today is the last day for spring semester classes at Kellogg Community College. Grading days are Tuesday, May 8, and Wednesday, May 9, and commencement will be held on Thursday, May 10. The first day of classes for summer semester will be Monday, May 14. Click here to view the college’s academic calendar.
- Textbook buyback continues today at Kellogg Community College, running from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the college’s Battle Creek campus and from 2 to 5:30 p.m. at the Eastern Academic Center in Albion. The buyback on the Battle Creek campus will take place in the Bruin Bookstore’s future location on the first floor of the Lane-Thomas Building. Click here for more information. - Kellogg Community College art students, along with art instructor Ryan Flathau, will be hanging artwork for the May 18 Spring Into the Arts event at 50 W. Michigan Ave. in Battle Creek, beside Griffin Grill & Pub, at noon today. If you would like to help, meet Flathau at the Davidson Center at 11:30 a.m. to help load up the artwork before they drive it downtown for the installation.
