- The Lansing State Journal posted the Battle Creek Enquirer’s earlier article about Kellogg Community College seeking a renewal of its millage this fall, including a link to the previous story. The college is asking voters to consider a 0.75-mill tax, or about $37.50 per year for the owner of a $100,000 house. The previous millage — which expires this year — was 0.85 mills, or about $42.50 per year for the owner of a $100,000 house.
