The Secretary of State Mobile Branch Office (pictured above) is open for business on the Circle Drive of Kellogg Community College’s North Avenue campus, in front of the Binda Theatre.
The full-service mobile office is open to the public as well as to students and offers services including issuing or renewing driver licenses and special endorsements; changing a driver license address or other personal information; issuing or renewing a personal identification card; providing disability parking permits; registering people to vote; selling individual driving records; titling and registering vehicles and watercraft; and transferring titles. The office will be on campus till 2 p.m.
The office’s appearance on campus is part of a number of Kellogg Community College’s Constitution Day activities, which also include an address from guest speaker Judge Pamela Lightvoet at 12:15 p.m. at the reflecting pools, and prizes and giveaways for students.
