Instructors from Kellogg Community College’s Criminal Justice Program have been training Michigan Department of Corrections officers in a number of exercises this week, covering topics including basic investigator training, basic surveillance training, tactical building clearing (pictured above), tactical driving training, and vehicle extraction.
The training has been conducted on Kellogg Community College’s North Avenue campus and at the college’s Regional Manufacturing Technology Center. MDOC participants who complete the course of training provided receive a certificate and continuing education credits.
