- The National Junior College Athletic Association posted an article a few days back highlighting a recent basketball game between Kellogg Community College and Owens Community College. Owens student Lynn Redding covered the same game, adding photos including KCC players to her Lynn Redding’s Photojournalism Blog.
- The Battle Creek Enquirer posted an article highlighting the upcoming “interactive multi-sensory” holiday event Make We Merry, which the article says began in 1972 in the the student union at Kellogg Community College. The article says the event was inspired because the “Battle Creek Community Chorus was tired of singing Handel’s ‘Messiah,'” which is slightly ironic in that KCC is performing the latter in Monroe on Dec. 2 and in Coldwater on Dec. 8.
