- The Battle Creek Enquirer posted an article about Kathy Tarr, former spokeswoman for Kellogg Community College and Miller College, who died Monday at the age of 69. Tarr began working in KCC’s marketing department in 1987 and became vice president for college relations in 2001 and the college’s vice president for institutional advancement in 2003.
