Here are some reminders of upcoming events related to Kellogg Community College.
Scheduled for today:
- Phi Theta Kappa information sessions will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. and 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Spring Lake Room in the Morris Learning Resource Center on Kellogg Community College’s North Avenue campus.
- Kellogg Community College Academic Advisor Rob Fracassa will present a free Academic Workshop titled “Student Success” from 1 to 2 p.m. in the Spring Lake Room of the Morris Learning Resource Center on KCC’s North Avenue campus. - Kellogg Community College will display art created by the college’s Arts and Communication faculty members as part of the KCC Faculty Biennial Art Exhibition in the Davidson Visual and Performing Arts Center on the college’s North Avenue campus through Friday, March 22. Scheduled for tomorrow:
- Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business will host a Transfer Student Information Table from 10 a.m. to noon in the north walkway on Kellogg Community College’s North Avenue campus.
- Valentine’s Day fundraisers will be held by the Kampus Activities Board and Phi Theta Kappa student organizations from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Hub on Kellogg Community College’s North Avenue campus.
- The opening reception for the KCC Faculty Biennial Art Exhibition will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Davidson Visual and Performing Arts Center on the college’s North Avenue campus.
Upcoming events:
- Financial aid refund checks will be mailed on Friday, Feb. 15, for all borrowers except first-time loan borrowers. For first-time borrowers they will be mailed on Friday, Feb. 22.
- Kellogg Community College students and employees are invited to join together in service as part of the first Bruins Give Back volunteer event of the semester, scheduled for 1 to 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, at three Battle Creek area locations.
