Welcome back from Spring Break! Here are some reminders of upcoming events related to Kellogg Community College.

Scheduled for today, Wednesday, April 10, 2013:

  • A Financial Aid Open Lab will run from 9 to 11 a.m. in room 09 of the Ohm Information Technology Center on KCC’s North Avenue campus. The lab is designed to help students and anyone else interested in receiving financial aid assistance complete their financial aid requirements.   • Western Michigan University’s College of Education will host a Transfer Student Information Table from 9 a.m. to noon in the North Walkway of KCC’s North Avenue campus.
  • The first of two Davidson Student Recital Series performance events of the semester will begin at 1 p.m. in the auditorium of the Davidson Visual and Performing Arts Center on KCC’s North Avenue campus. Click here for more information about the events from a post on this blog.
  • The entry window for submissions for KCC’s annual Student Art Show closes at 5 p.m. Click here for more information about the show from a post on this blog.

Scheduled for Thursday, April 11, 2013:

  • Davenport University will host a Transfer Student Information Table from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the North Walkway of KCC’s North Avenue campus.

Scheduled for Friday, April 12, 2013:

  • The Spring 2013 Battle Creek Regional Job Fair will run from 1 to 4 p.m. at the McCamly Plaza Ball Room, 50 Capital Ave. SW, Battle Creek. For a list of participating employers, visit http://bcrjf.blogspot.com.
  • KCC’s student Encore Theatre Company presents “The Seussification of Romeo and Juliet” at 7:30 p.m. in the Binda Theatre on the college’s North Avenue campus. Tickets are $4. For more information or to reserve tickets, call 296-965-4154.

Scheduled for Saturday, April 13, 2013:

  • KCC’s annual Parapalooza paralegal event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Mawby Center (Miller College) on KCC’s North Avenue campus. The event will include workshops, free professional clothing and representatives from several paralegal organizations and college programs.   • Summer 2013 textbooks will be available at the Bruin Bookstore beginning Monday, May 6.
