Shalay Stevens of Marion, Ind., has signed a National Letter of Intent to play women’s basketball at Kellogg Community College and will begin playing for the Bruins next season.
Stevens was a team captain at Marion High School, where she was the Most Improved Player in 2010.
Kyle Klingaman, head coach of the women’s basketball team at KCC, said the team is looking forward to having Stevens on the roster.
“Shalay is a fantastic athlete who will bring her very physical and hard-working basketball style to Kellogg,” Klingaman said. “We are very excited to have her be a part of our program.”
