A freshly formed 5 oz. beef patty cooked to order and served on a wheat or egg bun with your choice of cheese (cheddar, American, Swiss or hot pepper) and three toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, grilled onions, bacon, extra cheese, sprouts, grilled tricolor peppers, grilled mushrooms or avocados)

The Bruin Bistro’s summer hours are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday in the newly renovated Student Center on KCC’s North Avenue campus in Battle Creek. The bistro is closed on Fridays through the summer semester.
