- The second pair of four engineering and robotics summer camps for youth to be hosted by KCC’s Lifelong Learning department this summer begin at the college’s Regional Manufacturing Technology Center in Battle Creek. - Firefighters using KCC’s Air Rescue Firefighter (ARFF) Trainer, an aircraft fire simulator used to train fire departments across the United States to respond to aircraft fires, begin training at an airport in Shiawassee County. - The priority processing deadline (all documents submitted) for students applying for financial aid to attend KCC for the Fall 2013 semester is Friday, July 26. By submitting all requested documentation with correct and complete information by these dates, students allow for adequate processing time in order to determine financial aid eligibility by the beginning of the fall semester. - Summer 2013 classes end Thursday, Aug. 15.
