Kellogg Community College’s Student Life office will continue the College’s Coffeehouse Concert Series this month with an appearance by the indie rock band She Bears.

The band, which is based out of Columbus, Ohio, will take the stage at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 16, in the Student Center on KCC’s campus at 450 North Ave., Battle Creek. All Coffeehouse Concert Series events are free and open to the public.

She Bears is an alternative indie-rock foursome that crafts a sound they refer to as “slacker pop.” The group is currently touring in support of “We Will Be Fossils,” their first full-length album recorded as a four-piece. The album was released in January.
