Need money to pay for college? Kellogg Community College’s Lifelong Learning Department is offering “Finding $ for College,” a course to help students, potential students and their parents do just that.

The class — which will run from 6 to 8 p.m. Sept. 30 in room 109 of the Ohm Information Technology Center — costs $29 and includes information on programs that can make attending college an affordable reality, including:

  • College savings plans
  • Loans
  • Grants
  • Work study
  • Scholarships

Join a KCC admissions representative and the director of financial aid as they share tips and ideas for funding college expenses. The class will also cover info on how the local Legacy Scholars program works.

Please note: Parents of high school students may bring their child with them at no additional charge.

For more information or to register for the class, contact Lifelong Learning at 269-965-4134 or visit the Lifelong Learning office in room 102 of the OITC.
