KCC seeks art from veterans for Veterans Art Exhibit

A sign for the Veteran's Month Art Exhibit.

Kellogg Community College is seeking art submissions from veterans to be displayed as part of the College’s Veterans Art Exhibit in November.

Submissions from veterans – who do not have to be KCC students to participate – are due no later than 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31. Both visual and written works in most mediums will be accepted.

The exhibit will coincide with a series of veteran events and initiatives held during KCC’s Veteran Month in November. Works will be displayed from Nov. 3 through 28 in the Morris Learning Resource Center on the College’s campus at 450 North Ave., Battle Creek.

All submissions should be turned in ready to display at the front desk of the Morris Learning Resource Center, at the main office of the Davidson Visual and Performing Arts Center or at the Support Services office in the Student Center on the North Avenue campus.

All submissions must be accompanied by a submission form, available online at http://bit.ly/veteransart.
