Marketing department seeking students for focus groups

Director of Public Information and Marketing Eric Greene asks a group of Upward Bound students for their opinions on propose ad campaigns.

The Public Information and Marketing Department at Kellogg Community College is looking for students to participate in one of two focus groups on Wednesday, Nov. 5.

Each student who participates in the approximately 90-minute group discussion will receive a $30 gift card to the Bruin Bookstore and free pizza for participating. Groups are limited to 10 people per session and will be filled on a first-come, first served basis.

To RSVP, email KCCfocusgroups@kellogg.edu and make it clear which of the below session periods you would like to attend. Also include your email address and cell phone number so we can send a confirmation email to you and give you a day-before reminder by email or text.

Available sessions include:

  • 3:30 p.m. in the Board Room (room 301) on the third floor of the Roll Building
  • 6 p.m. in the Board Room (room 301) on the third floor of the Roll Building

During these facilitated conversations, we’ll ask about your opinions and aspirations as part of KCC’s effort to improve communications with current and future students in the communities served by the College. Each session will be video recorded for research purposes only; your participation and input in the conversation will not be disclosed by KCC.

Similar group discussions are scheduled at other KCC locations in the future. If you cannot attend this session but would like to join another session on another date, please email us for those details. We look forward to hearing your thoughts, aspirations and opinions about KCC.
