Kellogg Community College is seeking blood donors this Halloween week, but it has nothing to do with vampires.
KCC is hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, in the lobby of the Binda Performing Arts Center, on campus at 450 North Ave., Battle Creek.
The annual October drive is one of several hosted on campus each year, and members of the public in addition to KCC students and employees are encouraged to donate.
Those who wish to give blood at KCC’s Oct. 27 blood drive can walk in during the event or can set up an appointment in advance by stopping in at the Student Life office on campus, by calling the office at 269-565-2634 or by emailing the office at studentlife@kellogg.edu.
Individuals may also sign up to volunteer to assist at the event by contacting the office via the information above.
