Kellogg Community College will be hosting Legacy Scholars representatives on campus for several dates in August to assist students with the scholarship process and to answer questions.
Legacy Scholars assistance will be offered from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays Aug. 1 through Sept. 1 in the Student Center Hub on KCC’s campus at 450 North Ave., Battle Creek. Legacy Scholars students and parents of Legacy Scholars students can visit campus on a walk-in basis during these hours to check on their scholarship, turn in paperwork or receive answers to any Legacy Scholars questions.
Legacy Scholars is a scholarship program created in 2005 by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation that provides a last-dollar KCC scholarship for anyone who graduates from Battle Creek Public Schools, Lakeview School District or Calhoun Community High School. High school students are eligible for Legacy Scholars funding covering tuition, fees and books for up to five years following high school graduation.
