Join KCC on Ireland trip in May 2017; info meetings to be held Oct. 11-12

Two informational meetings for individuals interested in traveling to Ireland with Kellogg Community College this spring will be held next week.

The meetings for the trip, which is open to the public as well as to KCC students, will begin at noon Tuesday, Oct. 11, and at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, in the Spring Lake Room in the library on campus at 450 North Ave., Battle Creek. Individuals can stop in for information and answers to any questions they may have about the trip; they do not need to attend both meetings.

KCC’s Ireland trip will run May 18 to 28 and will include visits to the Aran Islands, Carrick-a-Rede Bridge, the Cliffs of Moher, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Titanic Belfast, Wild Atlantic Way and many other popular tourist destinations highlighting the country’s history and culture.

The total cost for the trip is $2,895, not including tuition for those who would like to take the trip as part of KCC’s INTL 210: International Travel – Culture course. Initial trip deposits are due Nov. 1.
