Cheese Pairing Party Tips & Ideas NEW
How many parties have you attended where your dish to pass was a cheese tray? Are you ready to impress your friends with something really different? In this delicious new class, we’ll cover basic cheese styles, and share how to taste cheese — should it be chilled or room temperature? We will show you which pairings will make for a lifetime of cheese friendships — a jam, a chutney, a slice of meat, some spiced nuts or even pickles. The possibilities are endless! Join The Cheese Guy for a cheese pairing party and you’ll be the delight of your party guests when you serve them your new cheese pairing combos! The workshop fee includes all food items, recipes and tasting samples.

Soon you’ll be having friends and family over as the weather warms and the seasons change. We love to put together delicious appetizers instead of a full meal when entertaining. Join Chef Sean as he creates an amazing collection of healthy Italian appetizers including Proscuitto Shrimp; Parmesan Polenta with Sage; Eggplant Tapenade; and Roasted Olives with Fennel; and finish with Crostini with Fig Jam and Gorgonzola.
