Kellogg Community College’s summer hours take effect May 12 and will continue through Aug. 18.
KCC’s regular business hours during the fall and spring semesters are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, but during the summer the College closes at noon or does not open on several Fridays.
The following half-day schedule applies only to KCC’s North Avenue campus in Battle Creek. KCC’s regional centers, including the Eastern Academic Center in Albion; the Fehsenfeld Center in Hastings; the Grahl Center in Coldwater; and the Regional Manufacturing Technology Center in Battle Creek; will be closed Fridays from May 12 through Aug. 18.
KCC’s North Avenue campus will be open 8 a.m. to noon on the following Fridays this summer:
- May 12
- May 19
- May 26
- Aug. 4
- Aug. 11
- Aug. 18
All KCC campuses will be closed every Friday in June and July this summer, including:
- June 2
- June 9
- June 16
- June 23
- June 30
- July 7
- July 14
- July 21
- July 28
Additionally, the College’s Morris Learning Resource Center, which houses the KCC library on the North Avenue campus, will close at 8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and will be closed on Saturdays through the summer semester. During the fall and spring semesters the library closes at 9 p.m. and is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.
Summer hours will remain in effect through Aug. 18. The fall semester at KCC begins Aug. 31. Registration to sign up for fall classes begins June 5.
While the modified summer hours listed above affect many business functions at KCC, summer classes and a variety of campus services will maintain different hours during the summer months. Individuals visiting campus for services such as financial aid and advising or to visit the bookstore should call KCC at 269-965-3931 ahead of their visit to verify hours.
