Karlos Berry, of Benton Harbor, has signed a National Letter of Intent to play men’s basketball at Kellogg Community College and will begin playing for the Bruins next season.
Berry, a graduate of Redford Thurston High School in Redford, earned first-team all-conference and district runner-up honors and was leading scorer and team MVP of his high school team.
KCC’s Head Men’s Basketball Coach Gary Sprague called Berry an outstanding point guard who will have a great season with the Bruins.
“Though he can shoot from outside and he can finish he is a pass-first guard who makes the offense run,” Sprague said. “His speed and quickness make him a lockdown defender.”
