KCC offering financial literacy workshop for teens July 24-25

Kellogg Community College is offering a two-day financial literacy workshop for teens this month on campus in Battle Creek.

KCC’s Dollar Wise: Financial Literacy for Teens workshop will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, July 24 and 25, in Room 109 of the Ohm Information Technology Center on campus at 450 North Ave.

A financial consultant will introduce workshop participants to important and practical finance-related topics including budgeting, investing, how the economy works, saving for the future and more.

REGISTRATION

Registration for Dollar Wise: Financial Literacy for Teens workshop is $50 and is open until the day camp begins. Click here to sign up for the workshop online.

  • By phone by calling KCC’s Lifelong Learning Department at 269-965-4134 and registering with a credit or debit card.
  • In person at the Lifelong Learning office in room 305 of the Lane-Thomas Building on KCC’s North Avenue campus in Battle Creek.
