Kellogg Community College’s women’s volleyball team fell to conference rival Kalamazoo Valley Community College in three sets Tuesday in Kalamazoo.
The Cougars took the night with scores of 25-18, 26-24 and 25-17, respectively.
The latest match brings the Bruins’ conference record for the season so far to 2-6; the team’s overall record is 5-7.

The Bruins continue a stretch of more than half a dozen away matches this weekend at the Raider Challenge invitational in Grand Rapids. The team won’t return home to play until 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, when it takes on Muskegon Community College in the Miller Gym.
Admission to the match, as at all KCC home games, is free.
