Kellogg Community College will close the North Avenue and Regional Manufacturing Technology Center campuses in Battle Creek at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, due to anticipated traffic congestion and road closures related to a presidential campaign rally scheduled for Wednesday evening in downtown Battle Creek.

Additionally, the College’s Eastern Academic Center in Albion will be closed Dec. 18 through 20 due to a scheduled power outage.

The College’s other regional center campuses – including the Fehsenfeld Center in Hastings and the Grahl Center in Coldwater – will remain open as scheduled.

KCC’s fall semester ends today, Monday, Dec. 16, and this week’s closures will not adversely affect classes for students.

KCC facilities and services at locations in Battle Creek, Coldwater and Hastings will be open and available as scheduled on Thursday morning.
