“It was Sophomore Night and boy did our sophomores step up big,” Head Women’s Basketball Coach Dic Doumanian said. “Jess poured in 29 points and grabbed 15 rebounds, while Bri notched 14 points and corralled 13 boards.”
Doumanian said the win puts the Bruins in fifth place in the conference at the end of the regular season. The team will begin postseason play on the road at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, at Grand Rapids Community College for the first round of the NJCAA tournament.
