Quentin Jones, of Detroit, has signed a National Letter of Intent to play basketball for Kellogg Community College and will begin competing for the Bruins this fall as part of the College’s men’s basketball team.
The 6-foot, 7-inch center/power forward is a 2021 graduate of Madison High School in Madison Heights and was Macomb Area Conference MVP for the 2020-21 season.
“I am very excited to get Quentin here at KCC,” Head KCC Basketball Coach Gary Sprague said. “He has legitimate post skills and will give us another big man on defense. He will fill an important role on the team from the very start.”
KCC’s men’s basketball team opted out of the 2020-21 season due to COVID-19. The team finished the 2019-20 season fourth place in the conference, making it to the second round of postseason play.
