The Kampus Activities Board is hosting a Halloween Party from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27, in the Kellogg Room of the Student Center on the North Avenue campus. Wear costumes and get ready for a load of fun!
There will be plenty of tricks and treats at this costume party.
The following two movies will be played via Kanopy:
- “Tucker & Dale vs. Evil”
- “What We Do in the Shadows”
“Tucker & Dale vs. Evil” is a horror comedy movie. Two scruffy pals’ (Tyler Labine and Alan Tudyk) backwoods vacation takes a bloody turn when ignorant college students mistake them for a pair of murderous hillbillies.
“What We Do in the Shadows” is about vampire housemates (Jemaine Clement, Taika Waititi and Jonathan Brugh) trying to cope with the complexities of modern life and showing a newly turned hipster (Cori Gonzalez-Macuer) some of the perks of being undead.
Kanopy is available for free to all students for streaming movies using just your KCC email and password. There are no fees and no commercials involved.
