Applications for Kellogg Community College Foundation scholarships for new, returning and graduating KCC students are now available on the KCC website.
Scholarship applications, which opened Dec. 13 at kellogg.edu/kccscholarships, include applications for the:
- Gold Key Scholarship and Board of Trustees Scholarship for graduating high school students who plan on attending KCC
- Field of Study and Special Criteria scholarships for new and returning KCC students
- Transfer scholarships for graduating KCC students
Gold Key, Trustee and Field of Study and Special Criteria scholarship applications are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 1; transfer scholarship applications are due by 5 p.m. Friday, April 1.
Specific recipient criteria and application guidelines for each scholarship are also available on the scholarship website.
The KCC Foundation awarded nearly 550 scholarships totaling more than $672,000 in for the 2021-22 academic year. Scholarship funds resulting from the current application period will be awarded for use beginning with the 2022-23 academic year.
The KCC Foundation was established in 1998 by the College to seek private funding to assist students with various needs. A nongovernmental, nonprofit 501(c)(3) with its own funds, the KCC Foundation is managed by a volunteer board of directors.
