The HR Manager – Talent Management and Development position is a regular full-time position with a starting salary range between $56,204 and $70,257. Responsibilities range across categories including talent management and development, employee relations and investigations and department strategic planning.

Minimum qualifications for interested applicants include:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, business or a related field from an accredited college or university 
  2. Demonstrated experience with training and/or professional development
  3. Three or more years of demonstrated experience in human resources, training, development and/or another related field 
  4. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, most specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
