Public invited to KCC Nursing Capstone & Networking Event April 28

Individuals interested in a career in health care or looking for work in the CNA or nursing industry can connect with area recruiters at Kellogg Community College’s annual Nursing Capstone & Networking Event this week on campus in Battle Creek.

The event will be free and open to the public from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, April 28, in the Binda Performing Arts Center, on campus at 450 North Ave.

In addition to offering students and the general public an opportunity to network with dozens of area hospital and clinical partners and local businesses hiring in the health care field, the event will also give graduating KCC Nursing Program students an opportunity to showcase their senior projects to the public.

Representatives from four-year universities will also be onsite with information about transfer programs. Anyone interested in the health care field is encouraged to attend.
