Kellogg Community College is offering a six-session Leadership Development Program designed specifically to meet the needs of managers and directors starting March 6 in Battle Creek.
Leadership Development Program sessions will meet from 1 to 4 p.m. every other Wednesday, March 6 through June 12, at the Biggby Coffee located at 30 Hill Brady Road in Battle Creek.
Registration is $2,500 and can be completed via KCC’s Lifelong Learning registration platform online at https://reg136.imperisoft.com/kellogg/ProgramDetail/3332383336/Registration.aspx.
Leadership Development Program students will learn to unlock their leadership potential by exploring useful topics in a group-session format. Students will learn how to empower themselves to make purpose-driven decisions, enhance their communication and people skills, and build trust and resilience. Specifically, students will:
- Improve their emotional intelligence
- Develop the courage and confidence needed to lead
- Acquire the skills to effectively resolve conflicts
All Leadership Development Program sessions will be facilitated by professional leadership staff from Battle Creek’s Rhodium Leadership. Program curriculum, the materials for which are included in the course fee, includes:
