Seventh annual KCC Bruin Boo trick-or-treating Halloween event is Oct. 24

Bruin Boo Sponsorship

KCC is also seeking community organizations interested in participating in and/or sponsoring this year’s event. We offer three levels of Bruin Boo sponsorship:

  • Boo Buddy ($100): Boo Buddy sponsors receive optional table space at the event; organization’s name included in press materials; and name on event sponsor signage.
  • Boo Booster ($200): Boo Booster sponsors receive optional table space at the event; organization’s name included in press materials and social media thanks to sponsors; organization’s logo on sponsor signage; and the option to provide a flyer for inclusion in the welcome trick-or-treat bags.
  • Boo Bestie ($300): Boo Bestie sponsors receive optional table space at the event; organization’s name included in press materials and social media thanks to sponsors; organization’s logo on sponsor signage; the option to provide up to two flyers for inclusion in the welcome trick-or-treat bags; organization’s name and website link on the Bruin Boo web page; option to post a promotional “sponsored post” of up to 300 words on the KCC Daily blog at daily.kellogg.edu; and a minimum of three photos of your table/staff at the event sent following the event for use on your own channels.

Please note: Sponsor tables are generally located outside. KCC will provide the table and chairs for the event, but sponsors must bring their own tent if desired.

All sponsors hosting a table MUST provide their own candy or other items to give away at Bruin Boo and MUST stay until the end of the event. Sponsors should plan for approximately 1,500 people. To keep the flow of the line moving, we also ask that no sponsors ask for onsite signups that require people to stop.

Please visit kellogg.edu/bruinboo no later than 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, to register as a Bruin Boo sponsor. Sponsors can also sign up by contacting the KCC Foundation at 269-965-4161 or morgant@kellogg.edu.
