Kellogg Community College’s Human Resources Department is a finalist for a global award celebrating the top 100 human resources departments in the world.
The KCC department is among just over 500 worldwide finalists for an OnCon Icon Award – specifically a Top 100 Human Resources Team Award – from executive leadership company OnConference.
Final rankings – including Top 100, Top 50, Top 10 and Human Resources Team of the Year – are selected via public vote open through July 15 and will be announced at the OnCon 2025 Fall Virtual Summit in October.
Voting can be completed online at onconferences.com/hr-team-voting based on public observation of one or more of the following:
- The team has made a considerable impact on their organization
- The team has made strong contributions through thought leadership
- The team has shown innovation in their projects
- The team leader has demonstrated exceptional leadership

The OnCon Icon Top 100 Awards are determined by public nomination and observation of each finalist organization’s work, with final rankings based on public vote. The OnCon honor is among several honors and awards bestowed upon KCC in recent months, among them 2025 West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For and 2025 Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness honors from the National Association for Business Resources.
