Bruin Boo trick-or-treating Halloween event for families is Oct. 29 on campus in Battle Creek

Kellogg Community College’s popular Bruin Boo Halloween event for kids and their families returns to campus next week!

Bruin Boo – celebrating its eighth year – is an award-winning, family-friendly community event for kids of all ages that will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, rain or shine on KCC’s campus at 450 North Ave., Battle Creek. The event is completely free and open to the public.

During the event, KCC students, employees and community partners will be dressed to impress in their Halloween best to hand out candy to community trick-or-treaters at approximately 50 stations offering candy and other giveaways in the halls at KCC.

In addition to trick-or-treating, Bruin Boo activities will include:

  • Halloween games and activities led by KCC student athletes
  • Halloween-themed coloring pages designed by KCC’s Graphic Design students
  • Face painting
  • Additional fun and giveaways from nearly 20 community sponsors
  • And much more!
