KCC recognized select employees with President’s Employee of the Year awards at the College’s annual all-employee General Session in August.
The President’s Employee of the Year Award was created to reward individuals for their contribution to student success; modeling positive relationships; fostering an inclusive and respectful environment; demonstrating quality and continuous improvement; being innovative, creative and flexible; and demonstrating professional integrity and accountability.
The recipients of the 2025 President’s Employee of the Year Award are:
- Network Technician Kris Heldt
- Upward Bound Director Grindl Williams
