The Kellogg Community Community College Foundation scholarship application period for 2026-27 scholarships is open now, with applications due March 2.
The application is free, fast and easy to complete online at kellogg.edu/kccscholarships, with most of the application consisting of quick demographic, education/program and financial background questions.
There are, however, four essay questions where students can provide more information about themselves, up to 500 words for each answer. These questions — if you’d like to prepare your answers in advance — are as follows:
- Please describe your participation in any school, community service or volunteer activities. Include any internships or leadership experiences, if any, in your response. (15 to 500 words)
- What academic program do you plan to pursue or have pursued at KCC and why did you choose this area of study and how will this contribute to your career goals? If undecided, what areas of work or school interest you the most? (50 to 500 words)
- What motivates you and serves as your driving force to be successful either academically or professionally? (50 to 500 words)
- Why should you be considered for a scholarship? (50 to 500 words)
Applicants only need to fill out one application; the system will then automatically use the information provided to match them with any scholarships the applicant is eligible for.
