Julia Majdan, of Plainwell, has signed a National Letter of Intent to play women’s basketball at Kellogg Community College and will begin playing for the Bruins this season.
Kyle Klingaman, head coach of KCC’s women’s basketball team, called the Three Rivers High School graduate “a very athletic player.”
“Julia plays hard all the time,” Klingaman said. “She has a very good basketball IQ.”
KCC’s women’s basketball team begins scrimmaging in October. The team’s first official game of the season will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, against Sinclair Community College at the Miller Gym on campus at 450 North Ave., Battle Creek.
