The Kellogg Community College Jazz Band invites the public to celebrate Valentine’s Day with their sweetheart at the College’s Davidson Visual and Performing Arts Center.
The KCC Jazz Band, directed by Eric Campbell, will perform a Valentine’s Day Dance performance starting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, in the lobby of the Davidson Center, on campus at 450 North Ave. in Battle Creek. During the event, which is free and open to the public, attendees can choose to dance or simply sit and enjoy the music.

About the Director
KCC Jazz Band Director Eric Campbell is a Battle Creek native with a long musical history across the state of Michigan. Campbell is a freelance trumpet performer with decades of experience in all genres of trumpet idioms, including lead trumpet (big band), chamber music, British brass band, Dixieland and rock ’n’ roll.
Campbell is president of the Cereal City Concert Band and former president of the award-winning Motor City Brass Band. Dozens of his jazz arrangements and compositions have been featured in area jazz festivals and he continues to add new musical experiences to his resume.
