KCC Concert Band to present “A Winter’s Note” holiday concert Dec. 9 in Battle Creek

The Kellogg Community College Concert Band will present its annual holiday concert Dec. 9 in Battle Creek. 

The KCC Concert Band, performing under the baton of Director Christopher Momcilovich, will present “A Winter’s Note” starting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, in the Binda Performing Arts Center on campus at 450 North Ave.

The event is free and open to the public.

The concert promises an evening of festive and heartwarming music to welcome in the holiday season, combining traditional favorites with contemporary pieces that capture the joy, togetherness and wonder of winter. 

Selections from the concert program include:

  • Highlights from the movie “Frozen”
  • “Haunted Sleigh Ride”
  • A medley from “Home Alone” 
  • “Jingle Bell Swing”
  • “Patapan”
  • “Sarajevo 12/24”
  • “Winter Wonderland”
